7 doctors in our life- A Life Lesson-
1st Doctor- The Sunlight. We should must spend some time in sunlight. It is advisable to stay in sunlight during morning time before 8:00 a.m.
2nd Doctor- 6 to 8 hrs. Of sleep. A healthy life can be achieved by proper sleep.
3rd doctor- Eat pure vegetarian food.
4th doctor- Daily Physical activity like.. Workout/Exercise.
5th doctor- Self belief. One should believe first in self rather others.
6th doctor- Plenty of water intake. Like....if you drink at least 1 litre of water in the morning after getting up from bed.it is best health conscious thing.
7th doctor- A true Friend.
A true friend in our life is must in order to achieve success in our life !
