Dear brother,

I am safe here. I hope the same with you. I am studying well. I would like to write about the Independence day celebration at our school. Our principle guided over the function. The Block Development Officer was the Chief guest of the function.

The Chief Guest hoisted the national flag. He addressed the students about discipline and education. Our English Sir S.S singh also spoke about the importance of the day. There were cultural programmes. The prizes were distributed to the winners by the Chief guest. Sweets were distributed to us. The programme ended with the national anthem.

Dear J.Laura

Thanks for your letter and it was great to hear from you. You asked me to tell you about my favourite day of the week. Well, it's definitely saturday.

One reason I like saturday is because I have my favourite subjects at school: Physical Exercise and computer lab class.we do programming practice in the computer lab and our teacher, Mr Roy is so funny. In PE we usually play basketball, which is my favourite sport. I'm good at it because I'm quite tall Our team usually wins.

We also have English spoken class on saturday, which is actually my least favourite subject, but after that we have ICT which is much more interesting. At the moment I'm creating a webpage for our basketball team. After school I hang out with my friends, and then in the evening / play indoor sports at the sports centre On saturday nights we sometimes go to someone's house for a party or to watch a DVD. We can relax a bit on saturday evenings because there's no school on Sunday.
