Three parts of a sentence

To form  a sentence we require to know subject, object, verb.

SubjectSubject is the one whom/which we talk about or the one who performs an action. Subjects can be the person, place, thing, or an idea that is doing or being something in a sentence.
As-

  • Ram is a great king.(here Ram is a subject. Ram is a person here.)
  • Beijing  is the capital of China.(here Beijing  is a place)
  • Love is the best thing you get from others.(here love is an  idea).
  • Love, fear, anger, joy, excitement, emotions etc. are the examples of idea.

Verb-   A word that expresses  physical or mental action. Or/ Verb is the one, which describes the action or the state of the subject.
As-
  • They  walked to school.,
  • Tom  thought about the math problem.

Verbs are of two types:

Main Verb- Main verb describes the action of the subject such as to write, to read, to send, to dance, to sing, to think, to see, to move, to miss, to listen etc.
Action doesn’t only mean the physical work but also mental work. When you think, your brain works, so to think‟ is also an action; hence it is a verb.

Helping Verb/Auxiliary Verb- It describes the state of the subject.
We uses it according to the subjects and tenses.
Examples: is, am, are, was, were, has, have, had, do, does, did, will etc.

Object- Object is the one, which gets affected by the action or the state of the subject.
or - object  is part of a sentence that is acted upon by the subject with the help of verb.
As-
